Full Home Inspections
We provide in-depth, thorough inspections, a printed report with complete commentary, and present the results to our clients in a professional, helpful manner. With Homefax, you not only get information, you get an education. We encourage our clients to accompany us through the inspection so that we can help you become familiar with the home and its inter-dependent systems. When the inspection is complete you will leave with a good understanding of the systems of the home and a written computer report complete with photos and detailed descriptions of the items that may need attention. Your report will be emailed to you within 24 hours following the completion of the inspection (The reports are generally sent the evening of the inspection.)
Apartment Style Condo Inspection

$375 for condo for one level Apartment style condos with central building heating/cooling and below 1,000 square feet.

This is a two hour inspection, plan on attending the final 30 minutes.

Test New Scheduler
The home inspection for homes less than 4,000 square feet is scheduled for three hours. You should plan on attending the final hour. Please note: the inspector needs the first two hours alone to be able to concentrate and give you the most thorough inspection possible. The inspector will review the entire process with you during the final hour. (PLEASE, do not plan any other activities in the home during any of the inspection appointment.) PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE OUT BUILDINGS, POOLS OR HOT TUBS. Out buildings such as barns, pole building and extra garages are generally $75.00. More elaborate finished buildings with heating etc may be more depending on size.
